In August, I enjoyed a lazy, espresso-fuelled afternoon in this place with Herr Doktor Zmirak and D. Riccardo.
I certainly hope you were able to get a clear understanding of Dr Zmirak’s views from the good doctor himself, because when I read his writings I’ll be damned if I know what on earth is going through his mind.
I love the look of this place, with a Caravaggio on the wall and wonderful tin ceiling and old French looking metal furniture.

City pigs were a big problem in medieval Dublin, breaking into gardens and shoving their snouts around cellars. Council banned them in 1492.
