Until his early death, heir-presumptive to the Imperial throne of Brazil.

A tragic loss. His branch of the Imperial family is noted for its staunch traditionalism in matters both religious and secular.
I hope that his younger brother will not be crushed by this unexpected burden, not to mention the personal loss involved.
