New York in November

From the Windy Hollow Hunt, up a ways, across the Hudson, and over a little. Of course, by now (in December) all the leaves are gone.

Alright, so now I know where to do my fox hunting when in New York. Any suggestions for fly-fishing? After my comprehensive exams this spring I’m looking to make a few fishing jaunts in the northeast.

Excellent streams in NY. Try
Googling “New York Trout Streams” or “Vermont Trout Streams”. The Beaverkill in NY near Roscoe is good and in
Vermont try the Battenkill
south of Manchester VT. Plenty of Motels or B&B’s to stay in. In Manchester ORVIS has a flyfishing school with
ponds that have the biggest trout I have ever seen. Try it
and enjoy!!
