Dear Andrew,
Nice to see this image you posted about the First City Troop. I am a member of that unit, which is still in service as the only “gentleman’s” unit in the United States. It’s members donate their pay, to continue a tradition of voluntary service that dates from 1774. We will soon be printing a history of the Troop called The Gentlemen of Gloucester.
