Tibetan Word of the Day Our Tibetan word of the day is Rum-yül, the language’s traditional word for “Europe”. The word literally means “Rome-land”, giving a certain Bellocian tone to the Tibetan language — it was Belloc, after all, who said “Europe is the Faith; the Faith is Europe”.
