    Are we to believe that you actually received an invitation to White’s? I know you are not at liberty to confirm such a thing, so why, pray, are you teasing us?

    Nothing of the sort! I merely received a note that a friend sent from White’s.

    Wait a minute…this White’s joint–it’s a known entity? They have stationery? No doubt they throw a profitable rummage sale once a year.

    Unfortunate that it wasn’t an invite though I’m sure their per annual club fee is equal to that of several mac books…
