The presidential signature appears to be that of M Rost van Tonningen, who famously (and enthusiastically) collaborated with the Germans throughout the occupation. His widow, Florentina, died only in 2007, famous for her devotion to the memory of the Fúhrer. One is reminded in her case of Diana Mosley, but Rost himself was far more a a true Nazi than ever Sir Oswald was.
