I was lucky to miss this one protest. I did, however, experienced traffic congestion on Ave. 9 de Julio due to a planned (!) concert to usher in Spring, last Sunday. I've noticed, sadly, that some of the remarkable facades are being severely tarnished by the pollution (exhaust coming from the intense/heavy traffic?). Just back from a five-night stay
