Stauffenberg’s Arms

Hommage à la mémoire de Claus Philip Maria Schenk comte von Stauffenberg, homme d’honneur et de foi, qui participa à l’attentat contre Hitler, le 20 juillet 1944 dans le cadre du plan ‘Walkyrie’ destiné à renverser le régime nazi.

    A real pity that the upcoming film on the July ’44 plot has the Scientology cultist Tom Cruise playing the role of Stauffenberg. There has been, understandably, much disgust and outrage about this in Germany. Scientology is not, justifiably, recognized as a “religion” in Germany. Germany had a previous terrible experience with another religious cult called Nazism, which you may have heard of . . .
